The useful information is difficult to obtain in the light of the explosion of information and the abundance of sources, in addition to the dynamics of competition between the various profit and non-profit organizations, and this need for them and search in all directions to use and meet the various challenges and win bets, As information institutions, which are the most important by virtue of their position and field of activity in society, they are obliged to seek this information and obtain it in all possible ways.
