Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية الكتاب الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارتي الاستماع والفهم القرائي في اللغة العربية لذوي الإعاقة البصرية للصف الثالث الأساسي بغزة.
أداة الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة اختبار وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الاستماع عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (22) تلميذاً وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الثالث الأساسي في مركز تأهيل المعاقين بصرياً (النور) بغزة.
منهج الدراسة: اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذو تصميم شبه التجريبي، بسبب مناسبته لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.
أهم نتائج الدراسة: يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01=a) بين متوسطي درجات التلامذة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي والتتبعي لاختبار مهارات الفهم القرائي لصالح التطبيق البعدي والتتبعي.

يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01=a) بين متوسطي درجات التلامذة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي والتتبعي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات الاستماع لصالح التطبيق البعدي .1 والتتبعي.
3 محقق الكتاب الإلكتروني لتنمية مهارتي الاستماع والفهم القرائي، لذوي الإعاقة البصرية فاعلية أكبر من (1.2) وفق معدل الكسب لبلاك .
أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1.
توجیه اهتمام الباحثين والمختصين في مجال المناهج وطرق تدريس اللغة العربية إلى ضرورة استخدام الكتب الإلكترونية التفاعلية في كافة المقررات التعليمية لمختلف المراحل التعليمية لذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
2.
ضرورة اهتمام كليات التربية بتدريب معلمي التربية الخاصة قبل وأثناء الخدمة، على كيفية بناء الكتاب الإلكتروني لذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
3.
إنشاء منصات تعليمية لمختلف المراحل التعليمية لمشاركة الكتب الإلكترونية التعليمية لكافة المواد التعليمية، وتزود التلاميذ بها وبخاصة التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة البصرية.
English Abstract
Objective of the study : This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of the e-book in the development of listening skills and reading comprehension of Arabic language for the visually impaired third graders in Gaza.
Study tool : The researcher used a test and an observation card for the listening skills.
Study Sample : The study sample consisted of (22) male and female pupils of third grade in the (Al-Nour) Center for Rehabilitation of the visually impaired in Gaza.
Research Methodology : The researcher adopted the experimental approach that has a semiexperimental design because of its suitability to achieve the objectives of the study.
The most important findings of the study : 1.
There is a statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.01) between the mean scores of students in the pre- and post-application and sequential of the test the reading comprehension skills in favor of the post-application and sequential 2.
There is a statistically significant difference at the level (α = 0.01) between the mean scores students in the pre and post-application and sequential of the observation card of listening skills in favor of the post-application and sequential.
3.
The E-book for developing the skills of listening and reading comprehension skills of pupils with visual disabilities achieved efficiency more than (1.2) according to Blake’s gain ratio.
The most important recommendations of the study : 1.
Directing the attention of researchers and specialists in the field of curricula and methods of teaching the Arabic language to the need of using interactive eBooks in all educational courses for different educational stages for people with visual disabilities.
2.
Faculties of education need to pay attention to train special education teachers before and during the service on how to structure the electronic book for people with visual disabilities.
3.
Creating educational platforms for different educational stages to share educational e-books for all educational materials, and to provide students, especially students with visual disabilities.
