Foreign direct investment in Algeria has often been confined to the fuel and raw materials sector.

This sector has made countless gains.

Recently, however, other outlets have begun to appear in Algeria, most notably the works and infrastructure sector, especially tourist facilities.

The objective of the study is to identify the most important aspects of openness to foreign direct investment, especially the Arabic ones, in the field of construction and establishment of touristic resorts in Algeria.

The most important result of the research is the weakness of achievement rates, as well as its concentration in the north rather than the south.

This is due to the large number of obstacles that prevent the flow and expansion of these investments
