Research aim : Build a composite test in terms of time and accuracy of performance for first-class soccer players Define standard Grades and levels for complex skill testing with time and accuracy of performance for first class soccer players.

The researcher used the descriptive approach and the nature of the research problem identified the type of descriptive study with the survey method.

The research sample is the part that represents the Community of origin and the researcher has chosen the research community as the players of the first-class clubs in the governorate of Baghdad, reaching the total research community (248) for the sports season.)8102-8102( In the light of the findings of the study, the following conclusions were reached:- The construction of a composite test was achieved in terms of time and accuracy of performance of the material and counterhandling of the players of the first class football club in Baghdad Governorate.

Standards and standard levels of complex skill tests have been developed in terms of time and accuracy of performance for first class football players in Baghdad Governorate.

Suitability of composite skill tests in terms of time and accuracy of performance for first class football players in Baghdad Governorate.

The sample achieved acceptable percentages at the (acceptable, average, good) level for most of the skill tests installed in terms of time and accuracy of performance for the players of the first class football club in Baghdad Governorate.

The sample achieved a few percentages at the level (very weak, weak, very good) of the skill tests installed in terms of time and accuracy of performance for the players of the first class football club in Baghdad Governorate.

The recommendations were: To take care of the combined skill test and the handling of the material and to make use of it in knowledge of the skill level of the players as one of the means of objective evaluation of the first class football clubs.
