Fiscal stimulus is an important factor in bringing and attracting investors, which leads to support the economic development of the country, so, like the other foreign legislations, the Algerian legislator had relied on this motivational policy through a set of legal texts that give some facilities, exemptions, and fiscal stimuli for the investor, as stated in law N0 16-09 related to investment promotion.
