Abstract EN

The study aims to determine the level of organizational values of the University of Msila, where the study society is composed of administrative professors at the University of Msila.

The study was composed of( 63) professors.

The descriptive analytical method was followed by applying a questionnaire prepared by the researcher based on the dimensions of Dev Woodcock The results of the study showed that: _ the level of organizational values is high in the administrative professor at the university _ There are statistically significant differences between the dimensions of the organizational values of the administrative professor no statistically significant differences between administrative teachers in the dimensions of organizational values depending on the gender variable
