The significance consists in the legal effects ensuing from kinship, in that it gives rise to financial and non-financial obligations, such as alimony, inheritance, guardianship and custody.

It may prevent marriage.

Moreover, Kinship has an effect on applying legal provisions to legal acts and conducts.

Kinship is defined as a person's belonging to a particular family between whom there is a bond of relation.

It is of two kinds: relation and affinity.

In other words, it is a person's connection with a particular group of persons the basis of which is common origin or marriage.

Compulsory execution is a form of claiming rights which means enabling their owners to enjoy them, obviate aggression, and claim them from a debtor
