Abstract:The purpose of the study was to identify the types of organizational culture prevailing in the Palestinian universities in Tulkarem governorate from the point of view of its students.

For this purpose, the study Instrument was applied to a sample of (532) students from the universities: Al-Quds Open University (Tulkarm Branch), An-Najah University (Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine) , And Technical Palestine (Khadouri), were selected in a randomized stratified sample according to sex and university variables.

In the analysis of the data, the study reached several results, the most important of which were: The members of the study estimated the overall organizational culture level at an average level, On the other hand, the results showed statistically significant differences in the level of the total organizational culture in the Palestinian universities from the point of view of their students according to two variants: the scientific specialization in favor of educational and social disciplines, and the level of academic achievement for the students with high achievement.

And there are no statistically significant differences in this level according to the variables: sex and university.
