Abstract EN

This study represents a systematic scientific attempt to find out the mechanisms of developing a secure anti-hate media discourse.

The manifestations of violence, extremism, racism and hatred have become a popular commodity for the media, presented as news and pictures to a wide audience ready to accept these news values that have imposed themselves strongly on the media.

The media discourse based on hatred and violence is only the product of this new value philosophy, hence the problematic nature of the study.

The study adopted the analytical descriptive method by monitoring the appropriate mechanisms for the Arab media discourse which is safe and antihate from the point of view of the respondents, who represent the media professors or workers in the media organizations in the UAE.

, which is (124) single, and collected data on the subject, then analyzed to reach the results of the explanation of the phenomenon studied, through the questionnaire.

The study reached several important results follows: 1 - The most influential means of communication in the public from the respondent’s point is (Internet sites) and won the first ranking and a percentage of 52.4%, while satellite channels came in second place and by 30.7%.

The study showed that one of the most important steps to build a safe discourse against hatred from the respondent’s point of view is the professional and self-abilities of the contact person, which achieved a very high degree and a percentage of 91.1%.
