Abstract EN
There is a growing interest in investing in Intangible resources, especially human resources, where many researchers assert that achieving excellence and excellence is related to the importance of professional competencies by valuing their skills and knowledge and motivating them financially and morally and encouraging creativity through the implementation of effective management strategies.
Empowerment is one of the management strategies used to qualify human resources, promote their integration, and drive them to work by giving them information, technology, training, trust, participation and freedom.
The purpose of this intervention is to highlight the concept of empowerment, its importance and dimensions, elements and trends of the strategy of empowerment, as well as the concept of professional competence, and the role of empowerment in improving them.
