Organizational culture is one of the modern concepts in management, which has received great attention and deliberation by researchers, especially in the field of organizational behavior, due to its huge importance in the embodiment of the identity of organizations.
The latter contribute to the achievement of their existence and continuity through their availability of human resources with significant performance efficiency, Thus Functional performance as an integrated system of the results of the organization, is considered as a fundamental basis on which it relies to achieve its organizational goals.
This paper is intended to identify the impact of organizational culture on the level of performance.
