Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational change to improve the quality of services in the Algerian health institutions under study after the application of the new health map.

To achieve this objective, a diagnosis of the reality of organizational change and quality of services and health institutions under study has been done, then we have designed and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of workers in public health institutions at Ouargla State, in addition, a series of interviews have been conducted with executives from health institutions under study.

The study found no statistically significant impact at (∝≤0.05) between the dimensions of the independent variable (organizational change) unitedly , and the dimensions of the dependent variable (the quality of the health services).
