Abstract EN

This article contains one of the most sensitive issues in the Algerian economic institution which is the ways of the task forces are formed as a process of construction and their relationship to professional harmony as a requirement guaranteeing better quality , the formation of task forces is a step of reaching the required level of production that keeps the enterprise competitive and continuous, however, the selection methods vary from one institution to another and from one administrative organization to another , although there are elements that regulate them.

This study highlights some of the ways in which task forces are formed that go beyond scientific and effective methods such as ideal number, specialization and voluntary accession ,to others imposed by social and Psychosocial elements covered by the whole concept of "Aasabiya" ,these elements seek to illustrate the ways in which task forces are formed as it described in this article, and with a field study of the total number of workers in Condor's Polystyrene unit in the area of activities in Bordj bou arreridj.
