Abstract EN

This study dealt with the study of the prohibition of the arboun selling from the authority of isnad and its effect on the jurisprudence, to statement the correct verdict of this selling; and found that the hadeeth was not proven, and the effect of this was on the assumption that this sale is permissible, This sale,because this hadeeth was the main proof of the consideration of the prohibition, if not proven proved to fall according to him, and the research showed the impact of judgments on the choices jurisprudence
