This study aims to identify the role of Motivation and rewards system and its impact on improving the performance of employees in Algeria Telecom enterprise ,in Saida province, Through examining the relationship between the system of incentives applied in the enterprise and its effectiveness on performance of employees, Researchers adopted the analytical descriptive method, based on collecting data for the related phenomenon and its interpretation, The questionnaire was administered composed of a set of study items, It was distributed to a group of respondents in the enterprise, The sample of this study consists of 42 employees.
