Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning in the schools of the Directorate of Education for Altaybah and Alwasteyah of Irbid governorate.

And to identify the readiness of the infrastructure available in schools and the main obstacles that prevent the activation of information technology programs in the learning and education processes in the schools of the Directorate.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method in his study and the use of (questionnaire) electronic questionnaire distributed randomly on the sample of the study in order to collect the necessary data for the study.

The study sample was (202) teachers and teachers.

The researcher used many statistical methods through the social statistical packages program SPSS in the analysis of data and the most important findings of the researcher: That the reality of the infrastructure in schools is not appropriate from the point of view of the members of the study sample.

That there are obstacles facing the sample in the application of e-learning in their schools.

The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: To provide a complete and comprehensive infrastructure for the schools of the Directorate of Education.

Provide quality training for teachers and monitoring that in schools.

To sensitize school administrations, students and society about the importance of this type of education.
