The modern technology begins to take with all its innovations, means, its forms of communication, scientific, and its multiple practical, An important space in awareness, thinking and planning.

So it moved into an important cultural phenomenon that occupied a large area of our current reality, thus becoming the language of the age, which is not limited by borders and is not prevented by impediments, it is inherent to us.

Every step we take, we are all dealing with technology continuously, and impose its presence on us and our children, it entered the world and imagination of the child and began to affect the formation of the personality of the child because of the means of entertainment, entertainment, culture and instruments of pleasure.

Current research aims to detect: 1.

The level of negative effects of modern technology in kindergartens.

2.

The level of negative effects of modern technology depending on the gender variable.

Assumptions: 1.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) negative effects of technology on aesthetic education.

2.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) negative effects of modern technology depending on gender variable.

To achieve this, the researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method, where she constructed a measure of the negative effects and obtained the validity of the scale, The research sample reconnaissance reached (40) parents (boy and girl) to demonstrate the clarity of the paragraphs of the scale.

The main sample (120) the parents (child and child) equally were chosen from (3) kindergartens randomly from the (11) kindergartens of the district of Baqubah, In order to treat the data, a number of statistical methods were used (the correlation coefficient of Speer Mann Brown, Kay square, T-test for one value, T-test for two independent samples.

The statistical bag spss to reach the following results: 1.

There are significant differences in modern technology and aesthetic education.

2.

There are no statistically significant differences in modern technology depending on the gender variable.

Through these results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations.
