The aim of the study to identify the relationship between the quality of life of psychological academic attainment for pupils with learning difficulties in terms of several variables (age - the economic level - grade).

And the use of the descriptive approach Correlative/comparative law to determine the relationship between the quality of life of psychological academic attainment disabled learning difficulties.

And the application of the study on the six schools at the primary stage in the east of Riyadh, which contain software learning difficulties, sample consisted of (100) pupils with learning difficulties in special education programs to public education between the ages of 7 - 12 year, and applied study in the first semester of 1436/1437.

And the use of a measure the quality of psychological life for children with learning difficulties (Preparation: Fawkea Abd Al Fattah and Mohamed Hussein (2009), And tests, (math - working languages) to measure the degree of academic preparation of the researcher, unified to all members of the sample each according to his classmates curriculum.

Out of the results of the study the following: the higher quality of family life and reflected negatively on the academic performance of pupils in the Saudi society because excess luxury lead to the slow process of learning achievement - loss of academic robs pupils the feeling of the quality of the psychological life inside and outside school - Increase productivity and a sense of camaraderie amid the group raises the level of academic to pupils with learning difficulties - economic level and high sense of safety and health and the social position and happiness empathy has no effect on the academic performance of pupils - level academic environment in traditional educational less than the environment the advanced educational technically feasible and to use the electronic books and the development of self-learning - all dimensions of the quality of life of psychological had no impact on the academic in respect of the grade, life expectancy and row Due not
