Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the standards availability and application of apprenticeship educational supervision and the standards of professional development and the impact of the teachers' performance development from the perspective of educational supervisors in Kuwait.
The study ffollowed the descriptive analytical approach .
A questionnaire was applied to a sample of educational supervisors for the academic year 2014/2015.
The study sample was (712) of the workers in the field of educational supervision at public schools and school districts .
The main results of the study showed that the approval rate of the standards availability and application of apprenticeship educational supervision and the standards of professional development in public schools in Kuwait were very high.
The study also resulted that there was statistically significant differences due to the variable type , since the approval ratio was higher in favor of females in all axes.
The results also showed statistically significant differences between educational districts where the highest averages came in favor of Hawally Educational District while the least averages came in favor of Farwaniya Educational District.
Predicting the level of the standards impact and the application of apprenticeship of educational supervision and standards of professional development on the teacher performance (0.625) indicates that the model explains a rate of (62.5 %) of the disparity size in teachers 'performance development, as the impact of the availability of apprenticeship standards, then professional development criteria , then application of standards apprenticeship came alternatively in developing the teachers' performance.
