The Algerian legislature has stiessed the worker’s right to collective negociation, this mechanism created by the international conventions in order to upgrade working conditions by urging workers and employers to search for compromise solutions that will improve the living standards of workers and upgrade the performance of their work amid a favorable environment conditions.

The collective negociation technique plays a prominent role in providing a legal rules that apply to individual and collective labor relations.

It is also a consensual means of bringing the views of workers and their representatives on the one hand and employers and their representatives on the other.
