This paper aims to highlight the situation of semi-urban university transport in M’sila urban area and its contribution to link this area with its center by introducing the concept of daily mobility and its characteristics in this area.

In particular, the paper focuses on the role of university transport in covering students’ living areas and in meeting their educational mobility, This mobility is served by university buses dedicated to transporting students and regulated by the terms of University Services department on the students benefiting from transporting, The latter raise questions about the efficiency and the degree of consistency between the semi-urban university transport and public transport.

Our study comes to clarify the relationship between this type of transport and its urban domain, especially the management and organization procedures that serve it.

Thus, the study shows the effectiveness of semi-urban university transport lines in meeting the needs, and solving many transport problems in M’sila.

Among these problems are traffic congestion and economic efficiency.
