This study is dedicated to the talk of one of the king's kings، King Cambyses II (530-522 BC) who is no less important than the other kings of the Persian Persians، by highlighting the most important incident in which King Cambyses was charged with insanity، Through the identification of some of the events and accusations and accounts that mentioned Cambyses and accused of madness، and then reach the most important reasons and results of the research.
