Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to clarify the difference between the explicit and the don't explicit oath, as well as to clarify the semantic difference between the letters of the oath and its uses.

The research was divided into two main axes: In the first axis, the research aims to identify the characters and verbs of the oath and its names and the semantic differences between these sections.

The study in this research investigated the phenomena of the oath in the poet Rai'y AL Nomairy poet to be complementary to the grammatical rule.

The shepherd stood on most of the methods of the oath with letter or verb, The positions of each method and most of these positions came to indicate emphasis .I used the old grammatical texts and modern sources in the Arabic grammar.

The research ended with determining the importance of the letters of the oath , especially the letters of the oath.
