The study aims at showing the characteristics of the policy pursued by the caliphate with the contemporary Islamic forces in the time of Al-dhair Lideen Allah who had been in the succession for a long time close to forty seven years, his methods varied in dealing with the Islamic forces with the skill of manipulating the balance of power.

He inherited a legacy that was too long for him to imitate his father's politics.

So, I meant focusing on the features of Al-dhair B-Allah's policy in dealing with the Islamic forces maintaining the balance according to map approved by his father as well as maintaining the status of the succession and its vital role in the Islamic world
