The present study aimed at (conducting a study to find out the effectiveness of the reverse grade strategy in the achievement of fourth grade students in Arabic grammar, The current research community (450) students distributed in (11) secondary and middle schools in the center of the province of Maysan for the academic year 2018-2019, randomly selected sample of the same community, And the number of (80) students.

The researcher adopted the experimental approach as it fits the procedures of his research.

The researcher's keenness before starting his experiment on the equivalence of the two research groups in some variables that may affect the results of the experiment, The study included the subjects taught in the first course of the Arabic grammar book to be taught for the fourth grade of the students of the research groups (experimental and control), The researcher studied the two groups of research during the duration of the experiment in the first course, the researcher formulated behavioral goals in light of the general objectives of the material and what is appropriate to the nature of the content of the subject covered by the research experience and reached (72) behavioral goals, The researcher prepared a test to take into account the test strips from achieving truthfulness, consistency, comprehensiveness and objectivity.

The test is ready in its final form and consists of (30) paragraphs.

The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The students of the experimental group, which were studied according to the inverse row strategy, exceeded the students of the control group who studied the traditional method, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis that leads to a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group, This is due to the positive characteristics of this strategy.

The previous knowledge in the cognitive structure of the students integrates the new knowledge with meaningful learning, which leads to increased achievement in their grammatical rules, as well as attracting students' attention and increasing the thrill of the subject by observing examples And exercises in educational videos that added the movement, audio and image to the information provided to them.

In the light of the findings of the current research, the researcher recommends adopting the reverse grade strategy in teaching Arabic grammar as a proven strategy in the collection, as well as training Arabic language teachers to introduce them to modern teaching strategies, The researcher suggested a set of proposals, including a pilot study using the reverse row strategy in other Arabic language classes, and a pilot study comparing the inverse row strategy and other IEPs, such as rhetoric, spelling, literature.
