Abstract EN

This study is an attempt to clarify and explain Hobbes' theory in the social contract and how to establish absolute rule based on the benefit of individuals.

In this study we relied on the historical approach to monitor the reality in which this thinker lived, which influenced the intellectual trends, then the descriptive approach to explain and explain the political phenomena that Hobbes addressed in his theory, and then we moved to the analytical methodology to find out the most important ideas and conclusions brought by his theory .
