This research examines the role of the United States in the perpetration of the Palestinian tragedy under the Israeli obscuring of the basic facts related to the nature of the conflict in the main media and political forums.

The research aims at answering one main question: can the U.S.

be the evenhanded mediator between the conflict parties as it propagates itself in the region? Knowing that The U.S.

has been the prime and permanent supplier of military equipment to Israel, including the latest technical technologies; even the ones that were withheld from the U.S.

NATO allies, such as F35 strike fighter; as well as free of charge developed munitions, like cluster and phosphorus bombs that are used against unarmed civilians.
