This research examines the Palestinian position on the Zionist settlements in Jerusalem from the year 1882 to 1917.
The significance of this research stems from the importance of Jerusalem city as well as from the necessity of knowing the theoretical and practical steps undertaken by the Jews to initiating immigration movements and establishing settlements in Jerusalem.
The researcher follows the historical research method in his study where he observes methods of deception, fraud, and manipulation of laws employed by the Jews in the Ottoman era for the sake of owning Jews and their agents the possession of lands.
