Abstract EN

The medical circles witnesses illegal transactions known as " The patient trafficking " .

The doctor is the core of this traffic when he( she ) acts with the patient according to his ( her) personal interest by the virtue of the agreement making more profits , with the ones who do the same career .

On the first place, the pharmacist who ensures the rent of the doctor's clinic with all services .

In return for that , the patient is enforced to buy the medicine from the pharmacy as well as adding more unnecessary medicine to risk the patient's health and life for enrichment through the patient, and also the owners of private hospitals regarding Caesarian operations , and the owners of diagnostic labs and the owners of medical clinics, with whom the doctor agrees to a financial ratio for each interview to be paid by the patient who sends it to them.

In this paper ( study ), we have reached to find out the nature of the criminal responsibility of the doctor and co-workers with health professions as an original partner, then their adapting themselves to traffic in a patient as a compound crime made up of two; the first one is The crime of victimization according to Clause provision (413) I.
