English Abstract

* the study aims to identify the differences in the leadership styles of the heads governing bodies of the clubs participating in the Iraqi periodical league in volleyball .

*the researchers hypothesized that there are statistically differences among leadership styles of the heads of the governing bodies of the clubs participating in the Iraqi periodical league volleyball.

*The researcher uses descriptive approach to the nature of the research , The research includes the members of the participate clubs in excellent Iraqi periodical volleyball .

*the researchers conclude that the heads of sport clubs participate in the Iraqi periodical league volleyball use the three leadership styles in dealing with their bosses .

*The researchers advise to do other studies about the head patterns for different patterns in different game
