Abstract EN

The study aimed to sophisticated service and to develop professional and ethical standards that can govern the electronic press in a way that makes this kind of media more credible and effective and characterize a professional and ethical environment conducive to the development of electronic journalism and enable the Palestinian press sites to provide a rational, so we use descriptive and analytical methodology, the gestionnaire was used as a main tool for the study, distributed to a sample of 90 persons.

The data were analyzed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program.

The study found the most important results: Non-professional electronic publishing affects the social, economic, political and intellectual fabric, Al-Quds is characterized by professionalism and neutrality in the transmission of news and uses a many kinds of editorial in its media coverage.

The Palestinian electronic press enjoys limited freedom, and Providing legal protection for the Palestinian media content from the violations and piracy it is exposed to increases the degree of its effectiveness to a large extent.
