Abstract EN

The goal of the study is to show the correlation between the strategic planning and the non-governmental organizations* performance in the Gaza strip, The analytical descriptive methodology has been used by circulating the questionnaire on a representative sample of (250) persons, only (227) filled and received with a response rate of (90.8%).

The most important results stemmed out of the study are as follow: There are positive relationships between all the strategic planning dimensions (goals, structure, regulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic planning) and organizations’ performance with score of (75.1%) .

While the major recommendations are: Consult experts when preparing the strategic plan, and allocate higher expenditures proportion in which is related to strategic planning and engaging the employees in strategic planning processes.
