Abstract EN

The study dealt with the analysis and discussion of the overall quality of the Algerian universities, - A study of a sample of the faculties of Baji Mokhtar University - Annaba -, and to achieve the objectives of the study and answer the hypotheses designed form contains 4 questions were distributed in a random sample of professors of the University of Annaba, Of which about 1500 were teachers.

273 questionnaires were distributed, and 65 questionnaires were retrieved, while 45 questionnaires were excluded due to a large lack of information.

The questionnaire was based on 20 questionnaires representing 33 7 of the study sample , and using statistical analysis (SPSS) in data analysis and hypothesis testing.

The most important recommendations of the study should benefit from the international experience in TQM, and To establish business ethics in the faculty
