Abstract EN

The present study is designed to review the impact of organizational competencies, as an explanatory variable, in achieving organizational performance, as a response variable.

Mirjan Teaching Hospital is selected as population of the study.

The study sample consists of 122 medical staff from different units and wards.

They were surveyed using a questionnaire.

The study problem is represented by the existence of a correlation and impact of the organizational competence on the organizational performance.

Two hypotheses were developed to analyze the correlation and impact of both of them.

Data were analyzed using various statistical methods.

Data and information were processed using ready-made computer statistical programs such as SPSS V.

22 to analyze the organizational competence and its impact on improving the organizational performance.

The study came out with results that show the validity of the hypotheses that indicate the existence of correlations and impact among the variables.

The human and organizational variables, being fundamental competences, have obtained high correlation value since these resources represent knowledge agents in the hospital and its latent competencies that give the organization an added advantage.

The study also includes recommendations based on the conclusion of the study.
