Arabic Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة آثار التلوث الضوضائي الناتج عن تحليق طائرات استطلاع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على طلبة كليات الطب في جامعات قطاع غزة، في ظل تنامي و تطوير الأسلحة الذكية من قبل الاحتلال الاسرائيلي و خاصة الطائرات بدون طيار.

و قد استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه يتلاءم و موضوع الدراسة.

و اعتمد الباحث على ثلاث أدوات في دراسة الظاهرة و هي جهاز قياس الضوضاء و الاستبانة و المقابلة الشخصية.

و قد تم استخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة لمجتمع الدراسة و توزيع 150 استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة و قد تم استرداد 121 استبانة بنسبة استرداد 80.6%، و قد أظهرت النتائج أن الوزن النسبي لجميع فقرات الاستبانة بلغ 65.20%، و هذا يعني أن هناك موافقة بدرجة متوسطة من قبل أفراد العينة على فقرات الاستبانة ككل، حيث جاء التأثير على الحياة و المعيشة المنزلية في المرتبة الأولى بوزن نسبي ( 72.00% ) و تلى ذلك الحياة العامة بوزن نسبي ( 69.40% )، كما حصل التأثير على التحصيل العلمي على المرتبة الثالثة بوزن نسبي ( 65.00% ) ، و حصلت الحالة النفسية و ذكريات الماضي على المرتبة الرابعة بوزن نسبي (64.00 % )، و أخيرا جاءت في المرتبة الخامسة وسائل الحماية بوزن نسبي ( 63.60% ).

كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول هذه المجالات و المجالات مجتمعة معاً تعزى إلى متغير )الجنس العمر المحافظة، منطقة السكن مكان السكن ).

و بينت نتائج الدراسة من خلال استخدام أكثر من أداة للقياس بأن طائرات الاستطلاع تؤثر سلبا على التحصيل العلمي للطلبة.

و في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير هذه الدراسة باستخدام معدات تكنولوجية أكثر تطورا، والعمل على خلق برامج توعية للطلبة بجميع مراحلهم الدراسية و مختلف الأعمار على كيفية تجنب ضوضاء طائرات الاستطلاع التي تعتبر حربا نفسية تمارس ضد المدنيين العزل، و العمل من قبل الجهات المختصة على تطوير قاعات ومختبرات الجامعات بعوازل للضوضاء، و رفع دعاوى قضائية ضد الكيان الاسرائيلي في المحافل الدولية ليقف عند حدود مسؤولياته کسلطة احتلال و عدم ممارسة أعماله الاجرامية ضد السكان المدنيين العزل، و التوعية المجتمعية بحجم و خطورة هذه المشكلة و العمل على برامج تخفيف تقي من تطور بعض الحالات سلبا.

English Abstract

This study aims at examining the effects of noise pollution resulting from the none-stop flight of Israeli combat drones on the students of Medicine faculties in the Gaza Strip universities, in the light of the continuous development of smart weapons by the Israeli occupation especially combat drones.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to conduct this study because it fits the subject of the study.

The researcher used three tools conduct the research; a device for noise measurement, a questionnaire, and personal interview.

A simple random sample was selected from the study population.

150 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample.

121 responses were retrieved with a recovery rate of 80.6%.

The findings show that the relative weight of all paragraphs of the questionnaires were 65.20%, which means that there is a medium degree of approval by the respondents on the paragraphs of the questionnaire as a whole, where the impact on life and the household living were ranked first with a relative weight of (72.00%).

This was followed by public life with relative weight of (69.40%).

The effect on educational achievement ranked third with a relative weight of (65.00%).

Psychological status and memories of the past got the fourth place with a relative weight of (64.00%), and finally, protection methods had the fifth place with relative weight of (63.60%).

The findings also show that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample of the study on these fields combined attributable to variables (gender, age, governorate, area of residence, place of residence).

The findings, through the use of more than one instrument to measure the noise of the combat drones, show that it negatively affects the educational achievement of students.

In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends that there is a need to develop this study using more advanced technological equipment.

The awareness of students of all stages should be increased on how to avoid the noise of combat drones, which is considered a psychological war against unarmed civilians.

The competent authorities should develop university halls and laboratories with noise isolators, and institute lawsuits against the Israeli occupation in international forums to be held liable as an occupation authority and not to carry out its criminal acts against the defenseless civilian population.

The community awareness should also be increased on the size and seriousness of this problem so as to work on alleviation programs to protect people against the development of some cases negatively
