Abstract EN

This study aims at recognizing the most prominent social and psychological determinations of delinquents crimes according to the views of socialists and psychologists in Baghdad and ALMustansyria universities and the most prominent ones according to the views of Baghdad university employees and making a comparison between them and the assessments of the specialists.

The sample consists of (102) psychologists and socialists and (258) employees of university of Bagdad who had been selected randomly from different sites in the university .

To achieve the aims of this study , the researchers prepare a questionnaire consisting of (39) items where Pearson correlation coefficient and percentage weight had been used .

After the processing of data statistically , the following determinations (companion of bad friends, weakness of parental power inside family , shortages of needs satisfaction , Lacking of parental and social supervision, and divorcement) had achieved the higher weight respectively according to the views of specialists As far the recognition of the most prominent social and psychological determinations of the delinquents crimes according to the views of university employees which are (companion of bad friends, lacking of parental responsibility ,toward children, lacking of parental and social supervision, selling and promotion of bad films CDs ,and shortage of needs satisfaction) achieved the highest weights respectively.
