The 21st century has been characterized with many great inventions in the field of technology, and I believe that the PC is one of those inventions which has become an essential part of our modern life on both private and public levels.

In spite of the vast amount of possibilities that the Internet can provide, it has in turn created many legal problems that arise during data exchange or online contracting.

All these problems lead to the issue of information security, i.e.

the protection of transactions law carried out over the modern telecommunications network (Internet).

Electronic commerce transactions, indeed, cannot be carried out in a vacuum: that is, without being controlled or being subject to a legal regulation that sets forth the rules for their conclusion, proof, implementation and civil liability, and others.

Therefore, there should be a third party that protects the electronic data, including encryption technology of emails, and electronic authentication.
