The modern technologies in the economic field pursued by the countries of the North sophisticated led to the world new dye , and under these new developments and found most of the institutions them selves forced to keep up with the knees, and take advantage of this development to continue the activity and competition , so training is the most important functions of human resource management which acquired great interest , especially in the present time , as is the quality of the product of the most important variables that institutions seeking to achieve to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is done by training as it is considered one of the most important mechanisms or techniques working on the preparation of human resources able to absorb and apply quality techniques in order to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Philosophy believes that the quality of training is the heart of quality improvement.
