The importance of the Employment Policy comes from their capacities to supervise and to lead the labor market, and to fix it under the pretext of the economic growth, with the respect of the harmony with the general economic Policy, their secret resides in the adopted tools that included in the employment policy, and its extent and relevance with the circumstances and the economic variables.

In this regard, Algeria like many other countries make a big effort to lead and to control the labor market; to address unemployment, has adopted an ambitious policy where it examined the enforcement for granted a considerable financial resource with modern tools, but from point of view purely economic do we really in front of effective policy so what is its impact and its report to the economic growth.
