Abstract EN

We dealt in this paper descriptive and analytical study of the Total Quality Management at the University and international models to help activate the stereotype of total quality management in institutions in general, including universities that are part of the service institutions, and to achieve the purpose of the research we discussed the following points: The conceptual framework of the quality from the historical, traditional and modern aspect, the concept of industrial and university's total quality management and the difference between them, the basic pillars to activate university's total quality management, in addition to various international models that assist to the activation of Total Quality Management in the institutions, represented in the (Algerian model, South African model, American model, European model, Japanese model, Dubai model, Jordan model and Saudi model).

At the conclusion of Search we explained the importance of activating the total quality in the university's management because of what has been achieved in the quality of their outputs.
