Abstract EN

This study aims at idetifying the professional ethics and their role in promoting the culture of total quality in the Palestinian universities from the point of view of their employees.

The study sample consists of (142) Palestinian university employees during the first semester of the academic year (2018/2019).

In this study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method because it is suitable for study purposes.

To answer the questions of the study, a questionnaire was developed to measure the role of professional ethics in promoting the culture of total quality in the Palestinian universities from the point of view of its employees.

The questionnaire consists of (25) paragraphs, and using the five points Likert scale.

The validity of the tool was confirmed by presenting it to a group of specialists from the faculty members of the Palestinian universities.

They recommended its validity after making the amendments they referred to.

The amendments were made and the questionnaire was issued in its final form.

Based on the findings of the study, the study recommended that a comprehensive quality system be put in place in the universities, that a responsible department be assigned to this subject, and that the university officials should pay attention to achieving the overall quality and restructuring the universities according to the TQM standards.
