as it is one of the important tools that can contribute a positive and effective contribution to the economies of the countries receiving their development if the right and suitable environment are available to perform their role.

In terms of importance it has total remittances to developing countries in 2015 to nearly 440 billion dollars which represents three tomes the total financial flows and their impact on the economy and on the poor, a lot of experts inMaghreb Countrieshad agreed that remittances toMaghreb Countries is one of the important sources of lost funding due to the absence of scientific outlook to achieve great benefits and if this can be achieved it is expected to have an increasing effect in the future as being a constant for the import of the current account contributes to the installation of payment balance and alleviate fluctuations as result of successive in oil prices.
