Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية معالجة المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية لقضايا الشباب، وهي تعد من البحوث الوصفية، و استخدمت الدراسة منهجين، منهج الدراسات المسحية و في إطاره تم استخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون، و منهج العلاقات المتبادلة و في إطاره تم استخدام أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، و اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على نظرية ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة"، و تم جمع المعلومات عن طريق أداتين، هما : استمارة تحليل المضمون، و المقابلة غير المقننة و اختار الباحث عينة عمدية من المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية تمثلت في موقع دنيا الوطن موقع وكالة معا الإخبارية، موقع وكالة صفا، موقع وكالة سما الإخبارية"، و انحصرت الدراسة التحليلية في الفترة الممتدة من (2017/8/1م حتى 2017/10/31م).
و خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها : 1.
تصدرت موضوعات البطالة و الفقر والعمل ترتيب أولويات مواقع الدراسة بنسبة (21.8%).

حظي أسلوب سرد المعلومات باهتمام مواقع الدراسة بنسبة (42.4%)، بينما تصدر الخبر الصحفي كافة الأشكال الصحفية المستخدمة بنسبة (79.4%)، و لا توضح مواقع الدراسة مصدر المواد الإعلامية التي تنشرها بنسبة (82%).
3.
بينت الدراسة تصدر الصورة الصحفية من بين الوسائط المتعددة لإبراز موضوعات الشباب بنسبة.
(53%) و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها : ضرورة إعطاء المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية المزيد من الأهمية لأولويات قضايا الشباب و إفراد مساحات إضافية لها، الحرص على التنوع في الأساليب المتبعة لطرح موضوعات الشباب بشكل فاعل، تحديد المصدر الإعلامي للمعلومات ضرورة التنوع في استخدام الأشكال الصحفية، التركيز بصورة أكبر على الوسائط المتعددة خصوصا ملفات الفيديو وتفعيل النص المتشعب، استثمار التقنيات الإلكترونية التي تتيحها شبكة الإنترنت.
English Abstract
This study aims to identify methods of treating youth issues used by Palestinian news websites.
The study is considered a descriptive one where it relied on two methodologies.
The first one is survey methodology in which the researcher used content analysis approach.
The second one is mutual relations methodology in which the researcher used the comparative approach.
The researcher adopted agenda-setting theory and collected data using two tools; content analysis and unstructured interview.
The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method covering the following four Palestinian news websites : (Donia Alwatan, Maan News Agency, ,Safa Press Agency, and Sama Agency).
The analytical study was limited to the period spanning from 1/8/2017 to 31/10/2017.
The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are as follows : 1.
Political issues are ranked first among other ones representing (24.3%).
Unemployment, poverty, and work topics come first in the agenda setting of the investigated websites representing (21.8%).

Presenting style of information is considered important in the investigated websites where it represents (42.4%).
The journalistic news is ranked first among other forms of news used in the websites representing (79.4%) with the absence of journalistic investigation.
Additionally, the websites under the study have not shown the sources of their published materials representing (82%).

The journalistic image is ranked first among other multimedia tools used to highlight youth issues representing (53%).
The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are as follows : 1.
The Palestinian news websites should pay much attention to the priorities of youth issues and expand more space to discuss them.
2.
It is important to improve the traditional methods used to discuss youth issues effectively and to determine the source of information.
3.
Journalistic news forms should be used in different ways, and images should be included with the media materials specially reporting images.
4.
It is necessary to focus on multimedia tools especially video files and activate the hyperlink texts included in the website
