Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مدى استخدام الشباب الفلسطيني لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز وعيهم بقضايا المقاومة، و تنتمي الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية التي اعتمدت المنهج المسحي، و في إطاره تم استخدام أسلوب مسح جمهور وسائل الإعلام، وأسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة الإعلامية، و اعتمدت الدراسة نظرية الاستخدامات و الإشاعات، و تم جمع بيانات الدراسة بأداتي المقابلة المفتنة، و صحيفة الاستقصاء، التي تم توزيعها إلكترونيا على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (371) مفردة من الشباب الفلسطيني في المحافظات الشمالية الضفة الغربية، و الجنوبية قطاع غزة، خلال الفترة الواقعة بين 2018/3/1م حتى 2018/3/30م، و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها : 1- جاء الوزن النسبي العام لتأثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على تعزيز وعي المبحوثين بقضايا المقاومة بنسبة 78.96%.

2- جاءت ثقة المبحوثين بالموضوعات التي تقدمها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ؛ لتعزيز وعيهم بقضايا المقاومة بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة 80.6 3- يفضل 79.0% من المبحوثين متابعة "الأخبار السريعة على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ؛ لتعزيز وعيهم بقضايا المقاومة.

4- يعتقد ما نسبته 79.3% من المبحوثين أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي زادت معرفتهم بالأحداث المتعلقة بقضايا المقاومة 1- يرى المبحوثون أن الدور الذي تقوم به شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز وعي الشباب الفلسطيني بقضايا المقاومة، كان إيجابيا" بنسبة 53.6%.

و بناء على تلك النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات، أهمها : 1- تحسين جودة المواضيع الإعلامية التي تعنى بقضايا المقاومة و تنوعها على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.

2- عقد دورات تدريبية للناشطين على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، في مجالات التحرير و الاستخدام الأمثل لتلك الشبكات، بما تمتلكه من مميزات و خصائص تقدية و فنية، و ذلك من خلال الاستعانة بخبراء الإعلام الجديد.

3- الحد قدر الإمكان من نشر المعلومات مجهولة المصدر، و الاعتماد على المصادر الصحفية والمعلومة الموثوقة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the scope of using social media networks by Palestinian youth to reinforce their awareness of resistance issues.

This study belongs to the descriptive researches where the researcher adopted the survey approach and used mass media survey and media practice survey methods within its frame.

The study relied on "Uses and Gratifications" theory.

Data was collected via constructive interview and questionnaire as tools of the study.

The questionnaire was electronically distributed to a simple random sample consisted of (371) respondents selected from the Palestinian youth residing in the northern governorates (the West Bank) and the southern governorates (the Gaza Strip) during the period spanning rom 1/3/2018 to 30/3/2018.

The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are : 1.

The general relative weight of social media networks impact on reinforcing respondents' awareness of resistance issues reached (78.96%).

2.

Respondents' confidence of subjects provided by social media networks aiming at reinforcing their awareness of resistance issues was in an average degree with a percentage of (80.6%).

3.

A percentage of (79%) of respondents preferred to follow "breaking news" on social media networks to reinforce their awareness of resistance issues.

4.

A percentage of (79.3%) of respondents believed that social media networks increased their knowledge of events related to resistance issues.

5.

Respondents indicated that the role played by social media networks in reinforcing Palestinian youth awareness of resistance issues was a positive role with a percentage of (53.6%).

Based on the above results, the study recommends mostly the following : 1.

Improving the quality of media materials that tackle resistance issues and varying its forms on social media networks.

2.

Conducting training courses by new media experts for social media activists covering topics in editing and using social networks optimally in respect to their technical and technological features.

3.

Minimizing, as far as possible, the circulation of information from unknown sources and relying on trusted and known journalism sources.
