Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الصحافة العلمية في الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، و وضع مقترحات من شأنها النهوض بواقع الصحافة العلمية و تطويرها، و تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، التي استخدم فيها منهجين هما منهج المسح الاعلامي من خلال استخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون ومسح أساليب الممارسة الإعلامية، و منهج العلاقات المتبادلة من خلال استخدام أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، و تم جمع البيانات عن طريق أداتي استمارة تحليل المضمون و المقابلة المعمقة على عينة عمدية بلغ قوامها 14 مبحوثا، و تمثلت عينة الدراسة بالصحف الفلسطينية اليومية الصادرة في مناطق السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، و هي القدس، الحياة الجديدة، الأيام، و فلسطين، و كانت عينة الدراسة الزمنية ما بين 2017/1/1م و حتى 2018/1/1م بأسلوب الأسبوع الصناعي، و اعتمدت الباحثة على نظريتي ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة"، و نظرية القائم بالاتصال، و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها : 1.

جاءت صحيفة القدس في مقدمة صحف الدراسة في نشر الموضوعات العلمية بنسبة (%33)، تلتها صحيفة الأيام" بنسبة (%31.2)، و من ثم صحيفة الحياة الجديدة" بنسبة (%20.8)، و أخيرا "صحيفة فلسطين" بنسبة (%15).

حازت الموضوعات الصحية و الطبية كونها أحد الموضوعات العلمية التي عالجتها صحف الدراسة على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة %60.2)، و تلاها في الثانية موضوعات التكنولوجيا و الإلكترونيات بنسبة (%21.8)، و أخيرا موضوعات الإبداع و البحوث بنسبة (18).

تركز الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية في تغطيتها على فن الخبر الصحفي بالدرجة الأولى، دون الاعتماد على خطة منهجية واضحة ضمن أجندتها الإعلامية لنشر القضايا و الموضوعات العلمية.

و بناء على هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها : 1.

ضرورة إدراج صفحات علمية خاصة بالعلوم ضمن الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، عوضا عن نشر الموضوعات العلمية ضمن صفحات الصحيفة.

الاهتمام بأنواع ومجالات وموضوعات العلوم المختلفة.

3.

التنويع في الفنون الصحفية المستخدمة في عرض الموضوعات العلمية الفلسطينية في الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، و ألا يغلب على ما يقدم منها بصيغة الخبر فقط.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the reality of science journalism in daily Palestinian newspapers, and draw proposals for its development.

The study belongs to the descriptive researches branch, where two approaches were adopted.

The first is the media survey approach through using content analysis method and media practices survey method.

The second is the mutual relation approach through using the comparative approach method.

Data was collected depending on two tools; a content analysis form and an in-depth interview applied to a purposive sample consisted of (14) respondents.

The sample was represented in the daily Palestinian newspapers issued within the Palestinian Authority territories, which are: Al-Quds, Al-Hayat Aljadida, Alayyam, and Felesteen newspapers over the period spanning from 1/1/2017 to 1/1/2018 using the industrial week method.

The researcher relied on both the agenda setting theory and the communicator theory.

The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are : 1.

Among the investigated newspapers, "Al-Quds Newspaper" is ranked first in publishing scientific subjects by (33%), followed by "Alayyam Newspaper" by (31.2%), then "Alhayat Aljadida Newspaper" by (20.8%), and lastly "Felesteen Newspaper" by only (15%).

Health and medical subjects, as parts of scientific subjects, in the investigated newspapers are ranked first by (60.2%), followed by technology and electronics-related subjects by (21.8%), and lastly creativity and research subjects by (18%).

The daily Palestinian newspapers mainly focus on the art of news writing in their coverage, without embracing clear systematic plans in their media agendas of publishing scientific subjects and issues.

In the background of the above results, the study arrived at several recommendations, the most important of which are : 1.

The necessity to embed special scientific pages in the daily Palestinian newspapers instead of publishing scientific subjects on different pages.

2.

To consider the various types, areas, and subjects of science.

3.

To consider the diversification of journalism techniques used in presenting Palestinian scientific subjects in the daily Palestinian newspaper which should not only be narrative.
