The aim of this study is to focus on the factors and conditions that enable the successful adoption of human resources marketink, while clarifying the concepts of human resources management as an interest in human resource issues.
Marketing has also been addressed in general, as the philosophy of marketing human resources derives from it.
Success conditions are divided into two parts: the first are success factors such as: adapting human capital management processes that reflect the position of the employer, adopting a whole approach similar to that applied in marketing, communication and the employer's brand are only some of the components, providing a certain level of recognition of the founder ...
etc.
The second is the actors to adopt are: senior management, Human Resources Directorate, managers and the Directorate of contact if any.
