Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني للمراسلين العاملين في الصحف العربية و الأجنبية في فلسطين، و الضغوط التي تواجههم، و تؤثر على أدائهم المهني، و تعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية، و استخدمت منهج الدراسات المسحية، و في إطاره اسلوب مسح أساليب الممارسة، و منهج دراسة العلاقات المتبادلة، و من خلاله أسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية، و اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على نظرية حارس البوابة و اختار الباحث اسلوب الحصر الشامل للمراسلين والبالغ عددهم (99) مراسلا يعملون في الضفة الغربية و مدينة القدس و قطاع غزة، وزع عليهم جميعا صحيفة الاستقصاء و التي عاد منها (84) استبانة تبين أن واحدة غير صالحة و خضع (83) منهم للدراسة، و تنحصر الدراسة الميدانية في الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من 2018/1/15 وحتى 2018/2/5م.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها : 1- وجود تأثير إيجابي لجميع محاور العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني للمراسلين العاملين في الصحف العربية و الأجنبية في فلسطين، حيث بلغت نسبة جميع المحاور (67.09 %).

2- أظهرت الدراسة أن أكثر العوامل التي لها تأثير ايجابي على الأداء المهني للمراسلين كانت العوامل المهنية بنسبة (77.23 %)، و أقلها العوامل الإدارية و التنظيمية، حيث بلغت نسبتها (62.84 %).

1 جاءت درجة الضغوط التي تواجه المراسلين متوسطة بنسبة (59.11%)، حيث أظهرت الدراسة أن أعلى نسبة من الضغوط كانت للضغوط الخارجية، يليها الضغوط الشخصية و الاجتماعية، ثم الضغوط الإدارية، ثم الضغوط المهنية، وأخيرا الضغوط المجتمعية.

2 أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العوامل المهنية و مستوى الأداء المهني للمراسلين، و كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين حول العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني تعزى (لمتغيرات الخبرة، ومكان السكن).

و قد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها : 1- ضرورة اهتمام المراسلين برفع مستواهم المهني، و زيادة تأهيلهم من خلال الالتحاق ببرامج التدريب المختلفة في العديد من المجالات التي تعزز من خبراتهم و قدراتهم المهنية.

2- وجود لوائح إدارية و تنظيمية واضحة داخل الصحف للتعامل مع المراسلين تحقق لهم العدالة الاجتماعية و المالية.

3- ضرورة توفير الأمن و الاستقرار الوظيفي لهم من خلال تحسين أوضاعهم المادية بما يتناسب مع مجهودهم و أدائهم داخل صحفهم.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify factors impacting on professional performance of reporters for Arabic and foreign newspapers in Palestine, as well as stressors they are facing and affecting that performance.

This study is considered descriptive research where the survey studies approach was adopted.

Within its frame, practicing method and studying mutual relation method, including correlation studies method, were applied.

The researcher depended on gatekeeper theory in conducting the study.

The researcher followed census survey method of reporters yielded in a total number of (99) reporters operating in the West Bank, Jerusalem City, and the Gaza Strip.

An investigation checklist (questionnaire) was distributed to them, (84) questionnaires were retrieved, one of them was invalid, and (83) underwent the study.

The study period spanned from 15 Jan.

2018 to 5 Feb.

The most important results of the study : 1.

There has been a positive effect of all factors impacting on professional performance of reporters for Arabic and foreign newspapers in Palestine with a percentage of (67.09%) for all domains.

The most factors of positive impact on professional performance of reporters are those related to the profession, representing a percentage of (77.23%).

However, the least impacting of them are the administrative and organizational factors with a percentage of (62.84%) 3.

Stressors facing reporters come in an average degree with a percentage of (59.11%).

In this regard, the study showed that the highest level of stressors comes from the external stressors, followed by personal and social stressors, then administrative stressors, then profession-related stressors, and finally community stressors.

There has been a statistically significant relationship between profession related factors and reporters’ professional performance level.

Additionally, there have been statistically significant differences among the mean scores of respondents’ answers towards the factors impacting professional performance that can be attributed to experience and address variables.

The most important recommendations of the study : 1.

It is necessary for reporters to uplift their professional performance and increase their qualifications through joining different training programs in areas that enhance their expertise and professional capabilities.

It is important to introduce clear administrative and organizational regulations of reporters within newspapers aiming at achieving social and financial justice for them.

3.

It is also important to bring security and job stability for reporters through improving their financial conditions in a way that fit their efforts and performances inside the newspapers environment.
