Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المواقع الإلكترونية الفلسطينية الحزبية في التنشئة السياسية، و طبيعة القضايا و الموضوعات التي تسهم في تحقيق التنشئة السياسية، و القيم التي ركزت عليها، و الأهداف التي تسعى مواقع الدراسة إلى تحقيقها، و أبرز أساليبها الاقناعية.

نوع الدراسة : و مناهجها : تعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية، و استخدم الباحث منهج الدراسات المسحية، و في إطاره أسلوبي تحليل المضمون، و مسح الممارسات الإعلامية، و منهج العلاقات المتبادلة، و في إطاره أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، كما استخدم نظريتي الغرس الثقافي، و القائم بالاتصال و اعتمدت الدراسة على أداتي تحليل المضمون، و المقابلة المعمقة.

عينة الدراسة، و مجتمعها : و اختار الباحث مواقع الإعلام و الثقافة التابع لحركة فتح، و الموقع الرسمي لحركة حماس، و موقع الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين، خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من 4/6/2017م و حتى 3/7/2017م ، و تم اختيار القضايا و الموضوعات بطريقة الحصر الشامل، حيث تمثلت مادة تحليل المضمون بـ (706) مادة إعلامية، فيما جرت المقابلة مع ثلاثة مسئولين في مواقع الدراسة، و (13) من النخبة الفلسطينية في مجالي الإعلام و السياسة.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها : 1- غرست مواقع الدراسة القيم السياسية الإيجابية لدى الجمهور، بنسبة (%64.75)، مقابل نسبة (13.19) للقيم السلبية.

2- استهدفت مواقع الدراسة تعزيز الثقافة السياسية لدى الجمهور بنسبة (%52.61) من مجموع أهداف الموضوعات السياسية المنشورة على مواقع الدراسة.

3- يكمن دور مواقع الدراسة كما ترى النخبة السياسية في تقديم مواقف الحزب من القضايا الوطنية من خلال التصريحات و البيانات، و رسالته، و أهدافه، و برنامجه السياسي، و التعبئة الفكرية، و تعزيز شعور الجمهور بالهوية الوطنية، و نشر الوعي السياسي وفق رؤية الحزب، و تعزيز المشاركة السياسية لديه، و غرس قيم حب الوطن و الانتماء إليه.

و اختتمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها : ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بتناول قضايا الثوابت الوطنية الفلسطينية، و برامج التوعية المتعلقة بمكونات النظام السياسي، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة ترتيب الموضوعات وفق الأولويات الوطنية و ليس الحزبية، مع الاهتمام بالموضوعات التي تعمل على زيادة الوعي السياسي لدى الجمهور، و الابتعاد عن التعصب الحزبي، و عدم انحسار موضوعات المواقع بأفكار الحزب الواحد، و أوصت الدراسة أيضا بضرورة الاهتمام بمختلف الفنون الصحفية من خلال الجانب الخبري، و جانبي الرأي، و التفسير، و التحليل.

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the role of the Palestinian partisan websites in political socialization, as well as the nature of issues and topics that contribute to its realization.

This is in addition to the values that the Palestinian partisan websites focused on, the goals that the investigated websites seek to achieve, and their most persuasive methods.

This study is a descriptive one, as the researcher used the method of survey studies.

Within its frame, the methods of content analysis and the survey of media practices were applied.

This is in addition to applying the method of mutual relations, in which the comparative approach was followed.

Additionally, the researcher used both the theory of cultural implantation and the theory of communicator.

The current study adopted the tools of content analysis and in-depth interview.

The researcher chose media and culture websites that affiliated to Fatih party, the official website of Hamas movement, and the website of Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) during the period spanning from June 4, 2017 to July 3, 2017.

The issues and topics were chosen depending on census survey method, where the content analysis materials were represented in a number of (706) media materials, while the interview was conducted with three officials from the investigated websites, in addition to (13) Palestinian elites in the field of media and politics.

The study concluded with several results, the key ones were as follows : 1.

The investigated websites planted positive political values among the public with a percentage of (64.75%), compared to (13.19%) of the negative values.

2.

The investigated websites targeted to strengthen the political culture of the public by a percentage of (52.61%) from the total targets of the political subjects published on the study websites.

3.

The role of the study websites, as seen by the elite politicians, is presented in the party's positions of the national issues.

This is clarified through the party’s statements, mission, objectives, political program, and intellectual mobilization.

This is in addition to enhancing the public's sense of national identity, spreading political awareness according to the party's vision, and planting the values of patriotism.

The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to increase attention of addressing the issues of Palestinian national constants and awareness programs related to the political system components.

The study also recommended that the political topics should be arranged in accordance with national priorities rather than partisan ones, in respect to the topics that increase public political awareness.

Additionally, these topics should avoid party fanaticism, and not be limited to one-party sole ideologies.

Finally, it is necessary to pay attention to the various types of journalism through focusing on news-reporting, different opinions, explanations, and issues analysis.
