The concept of crisis or catastrophe is one of the most widely held concepts in contemporary society, where it touches one way or another all aspects of life, from crises and disasters facing the individual, governments and institutions, to crises and international disasters.

The world of crises and disasters is a living and interactive world, a world with its phases, its characteristics and its causes.

The state is affected by all its institutions and institutions, material, moral and human.

Therefore, in our contemporary society there is an increasing importance in managing crises and disasters.

It works to preserve the assets and assets of the Organization, its ability to generate revenues, maintain individuals and employees against various risks, and avoid potential risks or mitigate their impact on the Organization.

This is also true of the State and its administrations, as well as the process of systematic and systematic preparation and assessment of internal and external problems that seriously threaten the reputation and survival of the Organization.

As a result of the importance of crisis and disaster management, each person must know the answer to two main questions: 1- How do we manage the crises and disasters that confront us directly in different aspects of our lives: in our company, our organization, our universities, our region, our home? 2- How do we analyze crises and disasters that do not directly confront us and do not participate in managing them, but whose consequences affect us and affect us in their economic, social, cultural, religious and political forms? The researcher prepared this study, which aims to clarify the difference between crises and disasters, types and characteristics, strategies, methods and methods of dealing with crises and disasters, and the role of social networks (Facebook) in dealing with crises and disasters in the world, and analyze the role of social networks (Facebook ) To contain the negative effects of global crises and disasters, to study the objective, linguistic and numerical trends of crises and disasters presented to the new service (response to crises) on Facebook, to identify training programs and Its objectives are to spread awareness of crisis and disaster management both at the individual level and at the level of the institution in which it operates.

In this study, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach which is suitable for this study.

The limits of the spatial limits of the study were in the analysis of the crises and disasters presented by the new service (crisis response) on Facebook worldwide.

The time limits cover the disasters and crises that the service The new (crisis response) on Facebook covered from the period 22 July - 6 December 2018 One of the main findings of the study is that Facebook has introduced a new service called "Crisis Response" since July 22, 2018, which aims to provide crisis response to people affected by crises, offer assistance, and learn about the latest news and information on crises and disasters worldwide.

And the number of disasters covered by the service (response to crises) on Facebook was 118 disasters by 90.8% and varied between fires, floods and earthquakes and the collapse of facilities or dams or bridges, buildings, hurricanes and explosions and storms, while the number of crises covered by the service 12 crisis by 9.2% and varied Between attack and shooting.

( The Crisis Response Service) ensures comprehensive coverage of all information about crises or disasters that it covers, so as to achieve a high level of outreach and attract more assistance and donations from everywhere.

( The Crisis Response Service) covers crises and disasters all over the world on all continents and countries, and not only in a specific place
