This study aims to explore the of innovation in the succen of technic industry areas, through the display case of cilicon valley in United States of America, as the best technical global model that was able to reserve the lead for seventy years.

This study lias analyzed the most important factors that contributed in encouraging innovation in those areas.

Which include the positive role of the state, the educational system venture capital as well as start up innovative institutions.

It is worth mentioning that the indicators addressed in this study the elements above are without classifing at the level of degree of importance in acheiving innovation, so it can be other material for future research
